Scoreboard doesn't show who made foul

I downloaded erixxxxx's TNT scoreboard, but I experience something very strange: when someone make foul, I can't see who made foul, how many fouls does that player have etc.
But I can see everything else (backcourt, out of bounds, goaltending...)
I tried replacing english.iff but still nothing.
Any ideas?
