NBA 2K14 Serial Key

Can somebody help me why my original serial can't be reconize by 2K14? I buy the original or the genuine cd to make sure that I'm using the original serial key, but when I started the game and follow the instructions while creating my account it says that my serial key is not valid but I'm 100% sure that I'm using a genuine copy because I don't like pirated please help me...

I remember that was an issue with NBA 2K13 when you needed to reinstall the game, so it could be an issue with NBA 2K14 too (I decided to go digital after all the trouble I had getting a new key for 2K13).

Basically, the only option that doesn't involve piracy (and thus the only option we'll be discussing here in the NLSC Forum ) is to contact 2K Support and get them to issue you with a new key.

Thanks a lot Sir Andrew , Sir do you have a link to 2K Support?, so that I can submit my genuine serial key to them and tell them about my concern, I've been searching that since yesterday so that they can fix this issue...
