How do you install rookie cyberfaces to a roster with rookies ?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know how to install rookie cyberfaces with a roster with rookies ? Because the roster I have has rookies and they have no CFS. how do I make them have cfs/ how or where do i put their cfs ?
