How to play online with friend?

I have only random opponent or crew..

not crew, teamup, just to avoid confusion


You need to do a 2 person online association. So you create one, make it private with a password, pick your team, send the information (name/league number (above name)/password) to your friend. They join. As commissioner goto league settings, commissioner tools, unlock all games. Play your game.
