Generic cyberface

Is there a way to created a new iff using a generic cyberface I have the arm textures? I tried 2 years ago and It couldn't be done

every iff file must come from the game itself first. So no, you cannot simply create one, you must find a base and use it.

My bad I didn't explain it right I already have the base but I want to use generic cyberface and head shape from like when u create a player

created players and generated players do not use iff files. Their headshapes and textures are a combination of many different files, textures, and models. So no, it is not possible to generate an iff file from that.
