With REDMC (How to make a team like Madrid to get players from the free agents)

Hi again,
what must I change in REDMC to make a team like Real Madrid be able to trade players with nba teams or take some players from the free agents pool?
Yes, I know that I can make the moves with REDMC but I also want to make them in the game.
I ask because I want to add many new teams to my roster by cloning nba or euroleague-teams. If there isn't any possibility to do it I will only clone nba teams.
