How to keep my guards away from stealing rebounds from big men?

Well I rarely ask gameplay questions, but I do realize that in my game my outside players somehow grab a lot of rebounds, and steal rebounds from the big men on top of their heads. It is very strange, as the CPU does not do the same. What may be causing this? And is there a way I can make sure that when a lot of my players have a chance to grab a rebound, the big men will always be jumping for it, not the guards? I know it sounds strange, some of you may think it shouldnt matter, but I aint quite happy at the fact that my guards sometimes grab 8-9 rebounds but big men only 4-5, especially since the guards usually just steal rebounds from big men(it wont be a problem if the rebounds just fall to their heads). Are there some settings or coach profile items I should edit to make big men grab more rebounds instead?

if your big men dont have decent vertical theyre just not gonna get rebounds
