My Career Crash

My Career is crashing to desktop after the first season and i press next key game and the game crash please tell me how to fix this

I'm using med's roster

Best to contact Med about the issue then, and see if there's a fix. I'd recommend posting in his release thread, in the Releases & Previews section.
