NBA 2K14 : remains available on Steam

I have speed issue and i was looking for other depot/manifest, but i've found that the game is still available "only" for 29,99€

Doesn't seem to work in my region. Same for NBA 2K10-2K12, unfortunately. Should've picked them up while I had a chance, so I don't have to change discs. Fortunately I do have 2K14 through Steam, though.
