I need HELP!!!

Hello guys!!!

Firstly I want to sorry admins, because I dont read the Forum rules. My London is not very stronk (Just joking ) My english is not very strong.

I've got some problems with my NBA 2k14 PC version. When I had Windows 32 bit OS my NBA 2k14 game was a little bit laggy. I can say that my game was not so laggy but slow. But the problem is, when I was re-installed my windows to 64b bit OS. My game now is so fast but it's just for 2-3 minutes and game starting to be laggy. I changing tabs Alt+TAB and again ALT+TAB to the NBA. My game again are normal. I watched the processes and shows that csrss.exe using 20-30 something like that.
I looked all youtube to resolve this problem but nothing helps. I tryied to delete my old PC profile, i tryied to change Config.cfg all 4 last line to 8, and play with minimal graphics.

If you got some tips or some help for me

Can you give me more information about that video card? At a glance, I'm guessing it's not quite good enough to handle the game. Failing that, make sure you've got the most recent drivers installed.

Which anti-virus program are you running? Have you tried disabling it while you play NBA 2K14? Just trying to determine whether there are any conflicts.

I'm not using Anti_Virus programs

Then your problem is that you probably have a virus.

Well, I don't know about that one because, really I don't downloaded something, just used other programs where I downloaded I dont know maybe a year something like that . But I will download Anti-Virus to check it

Your Intel HD Graphics is the problem. You really need a dedicated video card to run the game properly.

hd graphic is enough to run this game, not high but medium/high should work. Your problem is simply. Overheating or throttling, choose one.
Install ThrottleStop and you will be just fine. Try to find info how to set this tool for your specs, turn it on everytime you want to play and well...enjoy the game.

Can you explain what does i't mean overheating and throttling

When your processor reaches a temperature that is too high it will lower it's clocks to reduce that temperature. It gets too hot, throttles to a lower frequency to lower the temperature, and you get less performance.

Understand jus a little bit. i donwloaded that but don't using that, You know what? Maybe 5 days ago I cleaned PC. Not Operating System but PC. And now NBA 2k14 and other games not laggy Thanks for Help guys don't delete this topic. Maybe someone will have this problem too.
