how can i edit fdc file and create my own draft class and putting a cyberface to those rookies? please help

RED MC can be used to assign faces and whatnot, as long as you've purchased a license that allows you to edit those tabs. For more information, please see the RED MC release thread in the Releases & Previews section. It's stickied and quite active, so it shouldn't be difficult to find.
