PatTheHead great work with your mod

I only have one concern.

Do you happen to have any more retro logo files? The ones you've uploaded to Mega aren't bad, but for example, I play with the 2005 or 2006 Cavaliers and their logo is very modern.

Hi! i share a small correction for the t mobile arena: the 2023-24 sos roster has the floorname of the t mobile of the 2024-2025 season, so i changed it to the 2024 finals with redmc.

Hi Pat, the name of the French player Thomas Heurtel is written as "Huertel" in the Euroleague rosters where he appears

well, i´m not saying that i´m back, but i did edit the 1996/97 eos roster with accurate numbers and more accurate lineups for the season, just to see how much work it is...

well, considering that 1997-98 was never done properly, i also gave it the updated treatment.
Ps. i´m not satisfied or have my doubts with two teams:
1.for some reason, the san antonio spurs started duncan, purdue and robinson at the same time during the playoffs (i made tim the sf, purdue the pf and robinson the center). for compensation, i made vinny del negro a "6th man" (has starter minutes from the bench) and gave purdue 21 minutes like in real life.
2.The magic, wrecked by injuries, had a lot of options, but i decided to use the most used lineup, having armstrong coming from the bench and hardaway out of the rotation although he did play in the 97-98 season (only 19 games though).

There should be no doubt there:

- Spurs should start Duncan at PF, Elliot at SF
- altough Penny missed a lot of games, he should be starting at SG for the Magic

The roster for the spurs is based on the playoffs, where the three players played (elliott was injured come playoff time).
As for Orlando, it could be a possibility, but then again, they didn't really have an accurate roster.
My question is: who was the pf, Duncan or purdue in the playoffs?
Ps. Remember that the rosters are based on the end of season/playoffs, so the lineups reflect what happened during the playoffs (that's why, for example, 2000 won't have Duncan in the rotation)

Hm, my opinion was to do SOS and EOS regular rosters.
So we need Duncan in 2000 Spurs rotation for SOS as well as EOS roster.

But you are definitly right with Will Perdue in 1997/98 EOS roster.
As Elliott was injured Perdue played Starting Five PF in EOS.
I remember Duncan had a leg injury in playoffs, but played.
The funny thing in playoffs was because of Duncan's handicap Perdue then moved to SF position and Duncan played PF.
That's the reason the Spurs lost to Utah (Duncan injury + Perdue at SF). Immobile 7'0 Center Perdue at the SF position had no chance to defend Utah's versatile SF Bryon Russell.

Man, great memories back in 1998.
My boys and me had a lot of fun with trading cards. Everyone had his favorite player and his favorite NBA team.
Malone fans vs Duncan fans, Utah vs San Antonio in playoffs. Hmmm, just great.

Where has the time gone.

I didn't update 1999-2000 yet, but my reasoning is this: the roster is supposed to represent April, the playoffs, doesn't really work properly as a season mode roster. If i don't take Duncan out of the line-up like in real life, you can't explain how backcourt 2000 (kidd-hardaway) defeated them in the playoffs and went on to lose to the lakers

Duncan started 74 games for the Spurs in 1999/00.
Of course he has to be in the Staring Five for regular season rosters.

On the other side Kidd played just one game in playoffs series.
Randy Livingston was Starting Five PG in playoffs, but is not supposed to be in the Starting Five for EOS roster. It has to be Kidd.

I knew Duncan played a lot of the season and only missed the playoffs, but the idea of this is to allow the suns to win easily in a simulation, and avoid having to do a lakers-spurs 99% of the time (but that is my take considering i try to recreate the matchups the closest as I can)
Regarding lineups, I didn't know that kidd barely played on the first round, but nevertheless, he would be on the starting line-up because I'm using the most used lineup in the playoffs, not the one used on the first round (kidd played the 2nd round)
Nevertheless, I'll see if i go for the most used lineup in the regular season, but I'll reiterate that my focus resides on playoff basketball.
In any case, there is always the personal option to change lineups.
Ps. As for reference, and going by this example, these are the lineups i check...
