Court Importer?

I was casually browsing the forum or maybe it was the main nba-live.com page a few months ago and it seems I remember some post that there was a tool or a method that had been created for importing jpgs or image files as court files--so you could bypass alot of hex editing... kind of a WYSWYG court... I searched around the 2k13 forum and I'm not finding it. Did I dream this; have I lost my mind; was it an April Fools joke; or am I just dumb? Any help to solve this dream is gratefully appreciated. Thanks!
