how do i get jAMES hARDEN BEARD on xbox360

i want to mod my player with james hardens beard...how do i achieve this please and thank you!

You can't edit art files for the Xbox 360 version of the game. Using the RED Modding Center, it's possible to re-assign art files that are in the game already, but you can't add custom textures or models.
