For those that can't Sign In ("You must be online...")

Try deleting (or moving to another folder just in case) the Settings.STG file from your Saves folder at
%APPDATA%\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves
If that doesn't work, try also deleting (or moving to another folder just in case) your MyProfile.USR file (your MyCareer saves will still work without it).
If that doesn't work either, stop using a modified EXE.
