Unlock Blacktop players any roster?

So there was this roster that unlocked all blacktop players. Is it possible to unlock all blacktop players on my own custom roster? If so please help, I have my own roster with commentators and stuff and I need help.

there isn't a roster editor like this for 2K14 so no.
You can use my HoS roster.iff editing method to change ASA IDs, or use a trainer to change it as well. Someone has created a download for it already done as well. Blacktop Mode Roster
Either way, do not ask about 2K14 issues in 2K13 sections.

Sorry Jao. It's just quite discouraging if the only way is remaking my roster and I haven't checked HoS yet. Must check
