What program opens png files for this game?

Does the nba2k12 2xmodtool work like it does for 2K12, 2K13 and 2K14? I want to be able to import/export the textures/model.

Thinking about trying to make some faces for this game.

My understanding is that it's also the tool to use for NBA 2K11. I've never been able to get it to work though, despite having the latest version of Java involved, but that does appear to be an issue with Java rather than NBA 2K11 itself.
