As most people know my College Hoops 2K mod uses a fictional roster, it is, however, the most complete and functioning NCAA mod for NBA 2K11 so that is why when I have done a much played season I would love to be able to transition my players into an Association mode for the base NBA game. This can include players you have battled with through association and MyPlayer and you want to see what the next step for them in their career is.
Seeing as this is a fictional mod it can be applied to any season, and if you have not played my NCAA mod you can still use it whenever and then go back to see what they were like in college.
I would like to try and do more than one of these as I did not just take all the best players from my mod and cram em into a draft class.
I added all the seniors with a respectable overall, minimum of 70 and added any other players who would likely put their names in for the NBA draft.
If it came to a freshman, sophomore or junior who was a decent overall ( 75-85 ) but, they may have been a sixth man with the team's starter in their position who is however leaving next year.
I want it to be realistic as possible as I go deep with my playthroughs and pretty much know everything about all the teams as I made them all lol but anyways, If a teams 87 OVR PG who has started for the last 4 years is now leaving, the 79 OVR Sophmore PG will stay with the team as he is now the new starter.
I also threw in some underwhelming freshman who go into the draft too early as that is also something that happens
So let me know your thoughts and what you think. I doubt it but if you have anyone, in particular, you would like in from one of your playthroughs just let me know and I have no issue adding em.
But for now here is who I have decided to port into a draft class file and adjust for the NBA;
