It's funny. Kevin Durant has really won me over in real life. I can't keep making him a douche bag in this story. Ah well... a douche bag he shall remain!

Great sig. :applaud:

And let KD be a douche for some more time, then try to tweak his personality a little. We want to see a kick-ass KD and Ty duo, getting along well.

Durant as a prick is actually like making Derrick Rose hyper egoistical and loud and Shaq very laid back.

Stealth Defeat Rival Blazers
Preview | Box Score | Recap | Highlights

PORTLAND, Mar 31 (AP) – Kevin Durant remembers all those playoff series lost to the Portland Trailblazers when they were at the top of the Western Conference. Now that the Stealth are the best team in the West, Durant is cherishing every moment of it and he couldn’t be happier about sabotaging the Blazers’ hopes at the same time either.

“This is a sweet sweet victory,” Durant stated, “This is my team baby. I love it when we take down some haters. They’ve (Portland) have been onto us for a while but now that the tables have turned, I’m feeling great.” The loss for 37-38 Portland may have dire consequences on their playoff hopes as they fell 2.5 games behind the eighth placed 39-35 Los Angeles Lakers.

Ben Gordon, who led Portland with 35 points, was unsure whether the Blazers could make a last ditch effort to make the playoffs, “We’ve got to play good basketball down the stretch if we want to make the playoffs. We need everyone healthy and we need everyone stepping up.” Greg Oden returned from injury to contribute 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Durant led Seattle with 24 points. Reshawn Tyson had 20 and Allen Iverson scored 18. Jason Kidd was impressive with 15 points, 12 assists, 6 rebounds.

Iverson Goes Vintage
Preview | Box Score | Recap | Highlights

INDIANA, Apr 7 (AP) – Allen Iverson scored a season high 37 points from off the bench in an exciting 143-139 victory against the Indiana Pacers. Iverson’s points total is also his best total as a member of the Stealth and even more remarkable for the fact that he is the team’s sixth man. Iverson has been a positive mid-season addition to the league leading Stealth who won their seventh straight game.

Jason Kidd also scored a season high with 24 points, Reshawn Tyson added 29 and Kevin Durant finished with 22 points, 7 rebounds. Head Coach Will Sit was not happy with his team’s performance though and criticized his players for cruising on defense. “Everyone knows that we can score but we really need to shut other teams down if we want to go deep into the playoffs,” the second year Stealth coach stated, “However, it was a wonderful display for Allen tonight.”

Ricky Rubio orchestrated a free-flowing Pacers offence that matched the Stealth point for point. The dazzling point guard finished with 14 assists and plenty of ‘oohs’ and ‘ahs’ from his home crowd. Danny Granger was the main beneficiary of his floor general’s craft as he top scored with 41 points. Marc Gasol added 23 points and rookie Albano Spagnoletti broke out of a slump and played an active role for the first time in months. The Argentinean sixth man finished with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists.

Lebron And Cavs Snap Seven Game Win Streak
Preview | Box Score | Recap | Highlights

SEATTLE, Apr 8 (AP) – Lebron James is looking forward to the playoffs as his 43-35 Cavs have completed their Western Conference tour of duty with encouraging results. Just a month removed from storming to victory against the Sacramento Kings, James and his team has also emerged victorious against Western Conference powerhouses New Orleans, Golden State and Dallas. Their latest scalp is probably their biggest; the league leading Seattle Stealth.

James was determined to silence the Seattle crowd with a dominant display. He racked up 40 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists. The Stealth crowd booed the home team during the second half as the Cavs controlled the game from start to finish. James shared his thoughts on the upcoming postseason, “I think that we (Cleveland) are ready to win it all. The King is going to deliver a ring.”

Kevin Durant was shut down by James and failed to slow down his opponent on the other end of the floor. Durant finished with 19 points but really had to work for his points. The two MVP candidates also got in a heated argument late in the final quarter after James dunked on Durant. Both players were arguing as they down the court and had to be separated moments later as they started to push and shove each other near the baseline on an inbounds play.

“Just because they (Cleveland) have won against most of the top teams,” Coach Sit said, “It does not make them contenders. Last time I checked, these guys were like sixth place in the East. We’ve beaten all the teams in the West consistently. There’s quite a big difference between 60 wins and 40 wins.”

The win for the Cavs moves them 0.5 games ahead of the Milwaukee Bucks in the Central Division.

Well, Louis Nixon is sort of like my game's answer to Stephen Curry... Him and Monta Ellis average 20+ ppg... maybe it will happen with Curry one day. :P But don't put too much hope into it!

As for your player, the moleman might go undrafted... I don't know if I should select NLSCers in the draft. I got two second round picks to use. What do you guys think?

We beat them last season and we beat them this season. Always great to beat them. Bad memories of Nash to Oden/Boozer alley oops from back in the day. There were lots of them. :(

Hate to see Portland doing so poorly! How come this class of NLSC'ers is rated so low? Most of us have been lottery picks.

Well... two reasons.

1) I can't be fucked customizing 13-14 NLSCer draft picks - also because I don't have the time.

2) Because of the fact that I don't have the time, I'm going to reward the people who read this association. They will earn points to improve their players and seeing that half of these NLSCers probably won't even participate, makes my job easier too!

It's a bit of a chore to follow all the NLSCers. That's why NLSC coverage is pretty scarce now!

Any thoughts?

I like the philosophy, but maybe whoever wins the national championship should be a higher pick. Like me and Justine should be higher than the rest because leaders of a national championship teams usually get picked high (Hayward, and others)

Don't worry, that's all been taken care of. You are project late first round as I promised you because you wrote an article for my story. I don't forget these things.

The game has produced a shitload of international prospects and a lot of them are projected first round.

I guess you get more leeway with the stories of fictional rookies rather than real life prospects!

I just hope everyone can continue hating on Durant.

You know, a Cavs-Stealth final would be pretty entertaining. LeBron vs. Durant would be epic. Looking forward to the playoffs.

I don't think it would be that entertaining as we would really fuck over the Cavs! The only team I think I would enjoy playing against would be the Nets (DJ Schmidt (pretty decent big man) - Yi Jianlian - Carmelo Anthony - Jeremy Mason (young T-Mac) - Barney Steele (young Kidd) ) and the Sixers... only cause I reckon they match up well against me.\

Kentucky Title Behind Coby Clark’s Monster Game

April 2, 2013

ATLANTA (AP) – Coby Clark dominated and made a strong case as to why he should be this Summer’s number 1 overall NBA draft pick. Clark’s 24 points, 16 rebounds, 5 blocks were a fitting display for what is most likely his final game at the college level. Kentucky embarrassed LSU with the 67-41 win.

Willie Lewis, who hit a miraculous shot to send LSU to the Final, was held to just 13 points. Kentucky’s other NBA prospect Justine Crewhead finished with 12 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists. “It’s great to win a NCAA title in my freshman year,” Clark said after the game.
