Update patch 3/19/10 bug

Is anyone having problems like this or is it just me? The created players are having a very shiny hair and looks like crystals.

This really looks bad in game, I mean really bad!

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?

Have you installed the patch?
What video card do you have? Have you tried updating drivers?
Do you have AA and MSAA enabled in the advanced video settings?

Same thing happened to me when I was scrolling the hair styles too fast but all returned to normal after changing to another one. Thought the hair styles was cooler that way.
