I recommend sticking with Season Mode with Fantasy Drafts, or disable the Internet for 2K13 while playing to avoid crashing.

A generic league split up over 3 rosters, 30 teams each, with varying skills of the players in each league. D1 has a lot of superstars, D2 has maybe one per team, and D3 is mostly nothing but 6th men and role players.
